One day Workshop on Participatory Rural Appraisal was organised by the Department of Social Work.

The workshop focused on involving the community in the investigation, presentation, analysis, planning and dissemination.

The workshop was organised to prepare the trainees for the upcoming Rural Camp.

The workshop was chaired by Miss Laldinthari Ralte. The principal of HATIM, Mr. Vuansanga Vanchhawng gave the inaugural speech. Mr.Rosangliana Khiangte, the Head of Department highlighted the introduction of PRA.

The technical session includes lectures on the methods, tools and techniques of PRA presented by Mrs. C. Lalremtluangi, Mr. RTC Lalremruata and Miss Rebecca LP Lalnunhlui. Practical session was also conducted among the students under the guidance of the faculties. Miss Hoselin Lalmuansangi concluded the workshop with vote of thanks.
